Oooh breakfast! It's all the joy of bacon combined with the lovely oily silkiness of smoked salmon.

Are those bagels square? Are you from Iceland? I've heard of their infamous square breads.

wow! great idea! this inspires me to want to try to flavor the eggplant a bit like lox (if that's possible) and give it a go!

'Fraid not, just a trick of the camera. Possibly a little wobbly, being made late last night(!), but not square!
