This little baby pug belongs to a colleague and will be coming to the office until end of December. I am in heaven! Finally going to work has a purpose!

Her name is Emmi and she is just about 10 weeks old! <3

I'm not sure what Olive hates more: getting wet when it rains or the fact that I sometimes make her wear ridiculous rain gear for my own amusement.

Minnie the cocker spaniel is getting adopted this weekend! She came from a shelter that was affected by hurricane Sandy and had to move their animals out. When she arrived at our shelter she seemed really depressed. Turned out she was dying from a massive infection in her uterus (the vet said she would have been dead in a few days without treatment), so she is just a super lucky dog all around! I'm hoping the others will find homes before the year is out too.

I have to say, she is a nice looking collie.

Thanks. She was almost a show dog, but she has this little gap between her incisors and I guess that meant she wasn't good enough to compete. It's something so tiny, it just seems silly. But it's better for her that she flunked out, because now she gets to live in a home with a family, whereas if she was "perfect" she would have been kept as a show/breeding animal.
