I want to use up some items in my pantry and was thinking of making a pie with a graham crust, cheesecake bottom, middle layer of peanut butter caramel and top layer of banana pudding. I think the flavors would work together, but I'm not sure about the textures. Thoughts?

That sounds awesome! I would definitely make the banana pudding the middle layer though, and caramel on top to kind of seal it all up.

It sounds excellent. Why not go for broke and top the pie off with vegan marshmallows.

Sounds like you'll need to have really small slices to counteract the richness, but that's no big deal. I think marshies would put it over the top, but vegan whipped cream might be a nice added texture.

Sounds good!!

Reminds me of a similar recipe by Dreena Burton - Three's Company Pie - chocolate, peanut butter, and banana together.. Was so easy, and so frikking good. Surely cheesecake and cookie crust can only make it better!
