Manicure remorse! I don't really care for the shade I picked. I'll leave it until it chips, but total bummer! Also! I think my Gardein chicken fingers might be affected by freezer burn. I'm baking me anyway to see if they taste weird. Life is rough!

I cannot get this power drill (not mine) to work properly so I can't mount new shelves in my kitchen and it's making me very upset.

They introduced a couple of new "look & cook" stations in the canteen so that more food is cooked fresh in front of you, but the result is that my hair stinks. It's never ever even vegetarian food, so no improvement for my food situation, and bleah on the smell.

I have way too many leftovers of the delicious stuff my wonderful omni friends brought to my potluck last night. I'm going to have to eat non-stop until I leave on Wednesday to go to Maine for the long holiday weekend.

A student I'm supposed to work with on Tuesday left his twenty-page senior thesis in my mailbox so I can read it before our appointment. I've started skimming it and it needs...an awful lot of work. Like, I don't even know where to start. I'm feeling really out of my depth and whine whine whine, etc.

You are not out of your depth!

i had too much leftovers and had to give in to the fact that i wouldn't (healthily) be able to eat it all before it expired and had to freeze some things.
i need to go spend a lot of money today on food and cookies and treats for two animals that i keep living in my home by choice for my amusement and companionship.
i can't decide what we should have for a snack while we watch football. past successes have included: nachos, chili cheese tots, tofu lettuce wraps.

They forgot my chop sticks, and my fortune cookie fortune makes no sense. Woe is me.
(BTW I don't eat the fortune cookies. They're not vegan.)

I started my new job at the local grocery store and they have me stocking shelves. This isn't so bad. But kneeling on the hard floor for eight hours a day is really painful! Luckily they're going to order me knee pads. I'm sure they'll look really dorky. They can't arrive soon enough though.

My gym changed the shampoo they provide in the showers and now my hair smells terrible - it's all perfumey. Not happy about having to bring my own stuff from now on. Actually, I don't know if their stuff is vegan anyway so I should already be bringing my own.
