I know he practiced saying it in front of the mirror, especially with the right cheek turn timed with the first syllable of his surname.

heh, I screencapped about 30 shots of his face and SMS'd them in sequence to a friend the other day, followed by "channel 9, eyewitness news"
fun fact: he's not a news reporter anymore :(
