wow, looks beautiful! google does a pretty good job translating. I love how with some dutch words, if you say them aloud, they sound just like english.

Oh my god! I love frangipannekes! I miss frangipannekes! I'm so going to have to make this!

In your recipe, you use "almandeldrink". Is that just "almandelmelk" or something else?

Yes, it's almond milk, but in vegan recipes, I hate the word 'milk' :-).
I love frangipannekes too, and these are really good, I even fooled my collegues with these vegan ones!

Note for Google translaters: an 'EL' is a Tablespoon and a 'tl' is a teaspoon :-)

it seemed to translate those ok! the only word it couldnt translate was abrikozencompôte, which I assume is apricot jam.

Wow, that looks so delicious! And what an easy recipe. I had no idea, you could blind bake puff pastry. By the way, I always wanted to learn Dutch properly and your blog is finally going to teach me. Although I' m probably only going to talk about baked goods to the next Dutch or Belgian person I meet.
