Who's hyped with me! I can't wait for this to be out. Pre-sale tickets go on sale October 1st. And the soundtrack should be out sometime in October too.

The Twilight Saga is a delicious guilty pleasure of mine. I will wait for it to come out on video, rent it, buy a bottle of wine, and have an awesome night in.

It's a shameful secret, but I am excited for it too. I might have to rope in a friend to go see it without telling her what it is, like with the first part. Than I'll buy the dvd and have an awesome night like dakini.

I have a group of (mostly male) friends with whom I started watching Twilight ironically, but then it quickly became abashedly unironic and we all went to see Part 1 in theaters together. I'm sure we'll do the same for this one.
I love movie soundtracks! But the Twilight sountracks are especially good! New Moon is my favorite soundtrack but I think this is going to be my favorite movie.

Agree!! Just that I like the eclipse soundtrack the most!

I'm so excited! I was going to see it tonight, but I don't think that's happening any more...oh well, gives me time to finish the last book. I still have 200ish pages to go..
Cuz oh my god the ending of this film was shiitake! That battle was amazing! And then they forking take it all away and give us a puke inducing ending instead. Why? WHY?? They should have left it as that battle really happened.
On the plus side, Bella was way less annoying as a vamp, Aro's cackle was amazing. And the guy who played Alistair in Supernatural "The child is like us" - unintentionally hilarious.

I strongly disagree! This way we got the emotional turmoil of the fight without it really having to be true. Kind of brilliant in my book. There was a good 15 minutes there where I wanted to smack Stephanie Meyers in the face. But she redeemed herself. If she would have let that happen for real I would have been devestated.

I feel like they gave us a great battle then took it right away. The voltori all deserved to die. I don't care about Jasper but I was shocked to see Carlisle's heed removed and would've been a bit sad that he had died, but would've got over it, because the stupid douchey Volturi were dead!! The battle was so good.
But they ruined it all with the ending they gave us. It was SO corny. Cringed all the way through it.

I'm a sentimental schmuck. Give me a happy ending any day! I feel you though. The Volturi getting taken out was enjoyable. But at least this way we get to keep all of our beloved Cullens. Losing Seth in the battle was really upsetting, I don't know if would have been able to get over that.
You didn't like the ending with the book pages and the recap of people? I thought that was really well done. And Alice's vision of Renesmee all grown up and the four of them together!!!!!!! I could cry right now, it was so good.
