Went out for Indian - had masala uttapam (veggies pancake things) and chana masala... Kind of a boring entree choice but it had been years since I'd had it and I was due.

Just roasted red kuri squash with a mustard sauce. I just don't feel like anything else, and it is a delicious squash.

Leftover v'con Tamarind Lentils and Cornmeal Crusted Brussel Sprouts. The sprouts didn't reheat so well in the microwave, but the lentils were even better today; thicker and tastier.

Meggs! How the devil are you?

I had far, far too much vegetable stew and roasted parsnips, however I blame the uncomfortably full feeling on the two mugs of coffee I downed before eating.

Leftovers from Vegan Thanksgiving Potluck this weekend - asian tofu thing, mexi shepherds pie, mashed potatoes. These things did not go together at all but were individually yummy.
