I have to agree with my friend who sent me this link though - she said that since there's no duck or chicken in it, it should really be called something like "squashaleektato." Not quite the same ring to it, I suppose.

That's wild. Don't think I'd have the time or patience for that. I think someone here on the PPK made a tofurky turducken a while back.
