Never mind. I hardly understand what I'm asking now.

B12 is a coenzyme. It's like a "helper" to start metabolic reactions. Coenzymes don't get used up in these reactions so your body is able to recycle them.

I agree with that. He's always talking about a miracle vitamin, supplement, etc. that everyone should know about... and guess what? He makes the perfect one AND it's on sale!
