Lately since the weather's been cooler it has been oatmeal. Different every time, though. The Breakfast Thread has lots of great ideas.

I almost always have oatmeal + nut butter. I never get tired of it, but I change it up from day to day. . . if it's not a flavored instant kind, I add in cinnamon and/or cocoa powder and/or sugar and/or whatever fruit I have on hand.
If I'm in a hurry, I have some sort of bar instead. Most flavors of NuGo, Luna, and Clif bars are my jam. I definitely lean towards sweet breakfasts rather than savory.

English muffin + rightful cream cheese or pb or avocado. In the winter sometimes oatmeal. In the summer sometimes frozen banana based smoothie. Always coffee.

I have muesli on work days but I hate it and look for ways to incorporate very quick savoury breakfasts that keep me full. Toast does not. This week I made a batch of oats upma http://cooks-hideout.blogspot.co.uk/201 ... -peas.html on Sunday afternoon and have just been reheating a portion in the microwave each day. I've really enjoyed it. Other things I've done like that recently are congee and the amaranth porridge from Viva Vegan.

Cereal and unsweetened soymilk, or toast and tea. I haven't kicked dairy yet, so I favor strained yogurt cheese on my toast because it's my savory go-to. When I'm done with dairy, I will probably switch over to a mild hummus like I did in high school.

Corn flakes with oat milk, topped with raisins, followed by two slices of wholegrain toast with vegan butter type spread, sometimes with apricot jam, and all joined by a big glass of fruit juice, I like tropical myself.

Today was sauteed spinach on toast with some salt + pepper, plus an apple. Craving veggies after a sugar filled day yesterday!
I usually do oatmeal, but I have SO much food in my freezer that I want to eat before I go away for the holidays, so I think I'll be eating soups, stews, chilis, etc. for the next month or so for breakfast.

The unthinkable has happened: I am not into toast these days. I think I require something more substantial but nothing is really doing it for me. I've been eating leftovers from the night before and drinking a tonne of the sparkling apple juice we make at work. Right now I'm munching on cold roasted root vegetables. I wish I liked tofu scramble. I have tried a million tofu scrambles and none of them I'd make again.

On weekdays I usually have rice cakes with either hummus or peanut butter & sliced bananas, depending if I'm feeling like savory or sweet.
On weekends I have chocolate chip pancakes or hash browns & tempeh/smart bacon. Or sometimes biscuits and gravy, or biscuts w/ melted daiya & fakin bacon. When I'm feeling really, super bad, I have disco fries lol (french fries w/ gravy & melted daiya).
