This http://www.deliaonline.com/recipes/type ... sauce.html is pretty much what my Grandma did, my Mum did and now what I do for bread sauce with the obvious veganisations. It's really supposed to go with the turkey, so on Xmas day it was served with the meal, then in cold turkey sandwiches instead of the butter on the bread on Boxing day. I just chuck it on my meal with gravy then the next day spread it on cold roast potatoes or make bread sauce and stuffing butties. (By roast potatoes I mean proper UK ones, none of your American rubbish).

I love boxing day too. I am working it this year and I am so bummed. It is always a day to just eat, drink beer, and read. And normally watch hockey, but the stupid NHL Players Association stole Christmas this year.

Heaven! Same here. I love the laziness of boxing day. Plus generally we don't get my brother and his fiance until boxing day nowadays. It doesn't properly feel like christmas until he arrives.
