I went climbing once (on an indoor climbing wall). It was really fun but it was my forearms that were KILLING the next day. They hurt for about a week! I keep meaning to go back and have another go. I love climbing! I wish I wasn't broke so I could do it more often. Hot tip: whenever possible use your legs to push you up instead of using your arms to pull you up. Your forearms will be a lot less sore. Today my biceps are killing me. My upper back and shoulder blades a little bit as well.

My upper back still hurts, but it hurts less than yesterday and I've regained full range of motion. So, I'm going to say I didn't injure myself as badly as I thought I might have and just wait a while before doing more assisted-pull ups.

I started lifting weights again yesterday and I ache like I forgot was possible. On the plus side, I get to eat sausages and hummus for breakfast...

Just started to weight train again after a good couple of months only just managing to fit in some cardio. I am sore all over, every time I get up from my desk I feel all the muscles in my butt clench.
I kinda like how sore I feel...makes me want to exercise some more to break up this lactic acid build up.

Shoulders and hands from bouldering... my hands are really killing me. And I need a massage.

I'm ok if I sit perfectly still, otherwise I ache from my shoulders to my knees.

This morning my entire body was sore when I woke up. It took a few tries to get up out of my (very low to the ground) bed. It's like my body's trying to tell me 5 hours of dance yesterday was too much, or something.

I can finally legitimately join this thread! I took a two hour ballet class last night after eight years of very minimal ballet time. So so so sore. But in a good, "I actually exercised" way!

My knees hurt from kneeling on the grocery store floor to stock floors. They say they're going to get me some knee pads. Hopefully they'll come soon. My back also hurts from lifting stuff incorrectly.

The heels of my hands hurt from doing dips, as do my upper arms, shoulders, lats, bottom and thighs.

I'm working on pull-ups and I'm struggling with shifting gears in my car because of it.

My back and shoulders hurt. They always hurt but the past 48hrs they hurt more than usual because I had a minor car crash. It was my fault so my ego is hurting too.

Aww, sorry daisy.
We walked around DC yesterday and my left hamstring is just telling me it isn't happy.

My shoulders hurt from swimming two hours straight yesterday, but not as bad as I thought they would. I can raise my arms over my head, anyway, but I have to help my mom hang Christmas lights later and that will be hard.

My chest. Ouch. Did bench pressing yesterday and put on a bit more weight than I'm comfortable with and did 3 sets of 5 reps. Couldn't do full range of motion, but I felt strong and had a good technique, so I guess I did something right.

I did kettlebells for the first time in awhile on Sunday and I am hurting! It's actually not so bad today but yesterday anytime I had to do anything that engaged my quads like walking down inclines, stairs or lowering myself onto the couch, it was very slow going.

I did a pilates workout video for the first time in a year. I feel amazing and accomplished right now but I know that in 12 hours I won't be able to use stairs or laugh.
