Yay for getting a surgery date! I hope this means the end of your stomach pains and a return to fried yumminess.
LW how was your MRI?

I MET GOATS. Their names were Maybell and Aldo. They climbed on things. They jumped off of things. They ran around. They let me pet them, briefly.

I remember coming across a field of goats one time, and they all came over to say hi. Or, more likely, "Got any food?" They were so pretty.

I want to try poutine so badly. Perhaps I shall attempt to make vegan poutine from a recipe I got from a fancy Canadian. Yes, goats were awesome!

Falling asleep about 4 am with my lovely man wrapped around me, and wakening up in the same position a few hours later. My ex had night spasms, so we had to sleep with a pillow between us for years, and I haven't felt connected enough to anyone else since the separation to be able to sleep like this. We've been dating for 4 weeks and every time I see him it's like our first date all over again, only better, we get to grab and kiss each other now! He feeds my mind and my heart in a way I've never experienced before, and none of what I feel is unrequited. We're pretty open about how much we adore each other.

If I could share it I would, everyone should have some of this in their life. We've setted into our routine nights, because he has kids and his course other nights. One of the week nights he stays is the night before his course, when he goes straight from work. I've started sending him off in the morning with a flask of whatever soup I've made that week, he absolutely loves it (who wouldn't?!). He says he gets some lovely home cooking and gets to think of me when he's eating his dinner, it's a WIN WIN! It's the first time I've been in a relationship where the care and consideration is evenly matched, it's just lovely.

I'm so happy for you fezza!
Isn't making a soup for people you love the best thing ever? I think it's the best thing ever. Being on the receiving end is pretty swell too.

It's 7:40am so how the day goes remains to be seen, but so far the best part is being all "squeeeee!" for fezza and her man.

Woke up in bed with my husband and we talked about boners for a while (haha! we were talking about teenage boys and how uncontrollable boners must suck), now he's making me blueberry pancakes, I have a gorgeous ginger cat sleeping on my leg as I type this, and we are going to go on a little roadtrip to our closest Ikea (near Toronto) today. Weeeeee.

I am totally jealous of and happy for PP and fezza. So cute!
Today I wrote my magnum opus for my sociology class. It includes the phrases "ass-less chaps" and "battle pantaloons."
