Hey guys! I'm finishing up our belated thanksgiving meal and I just realized we're almost out of baking powder. I only have a teaspoon and I need a tablespoon for the biscuits from Vegan Diner. I have baking soda, but no cream of tartar. I have ener-g egg replacer. Ideas? I'm in a time crunch and hoping you guys can help! Thanks:)

Use a teaspoon of baking soda and add a tablespoon of vinegar or lemon juice instead of the baking powder. No need for egg replacer. Good luck!
ETA: okay, advice not needed anymore. Hope you meal was good!
