I don't think I could handle scuba diving - I don't deal well with deep water.

Yeah, I've gone snorkeling but scuba seems like a lot of expensive work. And you have to learn stuff besides swimming.

eta- the deep water doesn't scare me, its the fact that you can't ever take out the regulator, ever, til you are done. Apparently if you puke, you are supposed to blow it out the valve.

I love scuba diving with a crazy, mad and deep passion. It is the closest I have ever come to flying. I got certified for $125 in Utila a long time ago, but Utila is still one of the cheapest places to get certified and you do all your pool work in a shallow lagoon which is so freaking awesome.

God help me, but I have been to a tractor pull. Ohio State Fair; my dad's fault. I didn't get it. People were cheering and going nuts.

I'm pretty sure George showed up everywhere during the 80s. Always awesome. I may or may not own the Boy George Fashion Guide. I also may or may not have dressed up as BG for Halloween when I was in 5th grade.

I've had tequila. My booze and wine snob roomie took me out for tequila shots once. We tried all the super fancy stuff on his dime. The good stuff is just like sipping nice wine; I was amazed. Try thee some, T'fulish.

How close are we talking? I've been up to Windy Ridge, above Mt St Helens and to the Big Island, which is sorta made of volcanoes... I guess that's up close, right?

I've never been technically fired, but I've been "laid off". When you're the only one being laid off (and the only employee not related to the boss) it feels an awful lot like being fired. Not sure if that counts?

I've hiked up live volcanoes in Guatemala. The kind that have real lava in them when you look in. So freaking cool.

I've been fired. I was even fired from a volunteer position, which makes me a special incompetent snowflake.
