Smooth Move is hilarious.

I had a friend over last night and out of all the teas i have, she selected Peppermint Smooth Move. She clearly did not know its purpose. It was very difficult not to laugh at her.

I work in the health food section of a grocery store and Smooth Move is the perfect punchline for every joke.

The first time i ever used smooth move i took it at night and the next day in the evening i ran a 5k with my company. they served us food and the 5k was perfectly fine. When i started walking the mile and a half home, the smooth move kicked in. I believe i ran that mile much faster than any mile of the 5k.

I have some because I'm the unfortunate vegan predisposed to being unregular. Better than it was as an omni, because 5 days was pretty common, but actually, since I had less bulky stuff it was possibly less uncomfortable before the glorious day arrived.

Anyway, my coworker was once a bit behind and so I offered some. I had one and he decided not to mess around and had 3. 3!

He regretted that smooth move the next day. He pooped like 15 times the next day. Pooping was his fave thing but not that day. Too much of a good thing.

My parents have a health food store and I used to work for them during breaks in college. Every time a customer bought Smooth Move I would have to hold back giggles, because I was afraid the customer would think I was laughing at them when I was really laughing at the tea. The name is so perfect.

I also find it hilarious (and disgusting) that Traditional Medicinals now makes chocolate Smooth Move. . . I don't think I would want to drink anything chocolatey while thinking about the intended effects of Smooth Move.

They have had the chocolate for years! And I love it. Its actually better than the original!

Someday they should change the packaging to someone holding back a giggle with a word bubble that just says "Smooth Move, teehee!"
No nutritional information etc necessary.

LOL, OMG! Sorry for your co-worker, but man, LOL! What on earth does pooping was his fave thing mean!?!?

I had a similar, but not quite as bad, experience when I blatantly ignored the directions on mineral oil!

I had a similar, but not quite as bad, experience when I blatantly ignored the directions on mineral oil!

He probably was actually more fond of that lovely "I pooped and so I feel better" feeling? I have no idea, I did not press for details.

On a similar note, my mom tried that whole Cherry Juice thing because of Dr. Oz and chugged like most of a bottle and ended up having an.... accident.... while out garage sale-ing with her sisters.
