My mom handed me a photo and a handful of vegetables and said, "Make this."

There was also a really nice broccolini dish at Thanksgiving. This photo doesn't do it justice.

I think it was a Better Homes and Garden recipe. This one with obvious vegan subs. I don't remember Swiss chard though...
