Hc/punk/post/screamo shows

hey!

im gonna visit ny for the next 12 days and i was wondering if there are going to be some great shows i really shouldnt miss ;)
searching the internet didnt help me much and i dont really know people from ny who listen to that kind of music ( and mostly you need to know the scene). so, please help!

p.s. wouldnt minde to meet some people for yummy cupcake and coffee somewhere ( i really like it when people show me their fav places)

I don't live there so this month I'm clueless about any shows. When I have a night off in NYC I either go to the Mars bar and just bully the jukebox or go to Trash bar in Brooklyn. Trash bar usually has bands for under $10.

If you like industrial at all, there's a night called weird at Home Sweet Home on Wednesday nights.

I'm always there on Wednesdays! except next month i'm there on a weekend. I'll have to check it out!
