It seems that the first post disappeared and it is now showing me as the author... Is this just a glitch on my end?

No, I think the original message was spam so the mods have deleted it. As you're the next poster you're now the OP!

Damn, I was all curious and now I'll NEVER KNOW what the five best activities for fitness are. Guess I'll just have to make up my own list:
5) Chainsaw juggling 4) Competitive jacks 3) Cat yoga 2) Synchronized jogging 1) Hide 'n' go seek with imaginary friends

Fitness for what? We need to define terms... Fitness for cheesemaking: 1. Ordering cashews 2. Soaking stuff 3. Sniffing stuff 4. Stalking boards 5. Blending stuff
Fitness for watching Downton Abbey: 1. Raising of the wrist 2. Cushion arrangement 3. Blanket lifting 4. Foot resting 5. Reclining

I don't know. I saw a calendar for dogs doing yoga (vegan?) at Whole Foods, and it looked pretty intense. I think dog yoga could replace cat yoga on your list, parkerk.

But I don't have a dog. Although I suppose that makes mine unfair to those who don't have cats. Companion animal yoga?

Dancing, yoga, sex, eating, cookie chasing (very round cookie falls to floor and rolls away, and you are very motivated to keep running until you catch that cookie!).
