I was going to say the reason #2 being a lie is librarians are harsh and they will track you down. But that works too.

Yep, this one's the lie! But not for lack of trying. I used to hide in the library hoping I'd get to stay there all night if nobody found me! But someone always found me. :(

See I told you, they'll hunt you down.

1. I have stopped a person from attacking my corgi-mix while we were at a dog park
2. I have stopped my corgi-mix from attacking a pit bull
3. I have stopped my cat from attacking my beagle

Holy shiitake #1 has to be a lie.

Yeah. I was trying to play a trick with #1 & #2 because I could imagine #1 happening if #2 happened. My corgi is an amazing dog but fiercely protective especially when I'm around other dogs.

Sadly, we don't go to the dog park any more. She is generally a good dog with other dogs but the one time she exploded against the pit bull, it scared the shiitake out of me.

Yikes! Yes that is pretty terrible. I had to pull a foster pittie (she had been used for fighting) off another dog in the street and it was terrifying.

#1 I got food poisoning in Vietnam at a dinner where I drank a liqueur made with cat.
#2 I got a exhaust pipe burn on my leg that led to a gnarly lymph infection in Vietnam
#3 Someone threw explosives at us while we were scuba-diving off the Vietnamese coast

Oh, God. I vote for #2 due to use of the word gnarly. :)

#2 is true! My leg swelled up to twice its normal size and I was spongy from the edema

#1, my two second google search returned no results for "Vietnamese liquor cat".

Oh gosh. That sounds awful. But so do #1 and #3.

They totally had a liquor with a dead cat in it! We even saw it for sale at the airport in Saigon while leaving. But I didn't drink it (even though they said it was a powerful aphrodisiac for women) and I didn't get food poisoning that whole trip despite eating tons of snacks from roadside stalls.

The explosives were intense. People were fishing with explosives and we had to leave the water. You could feel the impact go right through you. It was messed up.

That sounds terrible! I can't believe fishing with explosives is legal *anywhere*.

(Eeek! The pressure's on! I gotta think something amazing up.)
