It's Save Our Pizzas. There was an entire series of Skunny the Squirrel games. I think they were Apogee, the pinball game people.

Apogee also made wacky wheels if I remember correctly, which was basically mario kart but better.

I thought they were robots. I totally loved that game so hard when I was like 9 or 10.

Wasn't beserk also one of the games that had flashing causing epileptic fits? I remember a few of the atari games flashed a lot.

They are robots-- and that's the Atari 2600 version. But the protagonist is explicitly human (or "humanoid," according to the speech synthesizer in the arcade game)... I'm not sure it's the first to show violence against humans since there were some western games that were released a couple of years earlier.

No one guessed my second game, so here it is: BRAHMA Force: Assault on Beltlogger 9! Like I said, it was the third of the three mostly unrelated PS1 FPSes. The first one, Kileak: The DNA Imperative is generally pretty bad. The sequel (?, I think) to Kileak was Epidemic, which was an okay game, if hampered by being the corridoriest of corridor shooters. Finally, BRAHMA Force, which had pretty much nothing to do with the first two. A crazed AI takes over Beltlogger 9, where your girlfriend is stationed. She may have Pickman's Syndrome, a form of space madness. You fight robots in robot suit full of weapons. The draw distance was kind of awful, and anything outside of your vision respawned, but it was a pretty competent FPS for PS1.

I pretty much missed Nintendo through the PS1 and most of the PS2 era. (I came in on the end, mostly for the art games like Shadow of the Colossus and for Katamari and Guitar Hero.) Never played NES or SNES or GB. Had a GBA, but it made my hands hurt so I sold it. I have a DS and a few games I occasionally play, but mostly I don't get post-Atari or pre-PS2 console references...

Oh, I had an Atari Jaguar, but that was later and mostly because they were really cheap. And a Sega Dreamcast, for much the same reason. Obsolete consoles are the bestest.

My second one was a game called Haunted House where you had ghosts and you had to hide from them and what not. Berzerk and Haunted House were the 2 games I remember most from my Atari 2600.

Now my next game is a classic and I'll hit you guys if no one gets it. I played it on my C64 but this pic I think is from the Atari 2600 version.

Yuppers, Atari 2600 Pitfall!

Here's a C-64 game from back in the day (with a fantastic soundtrack...).

Forbidden Forest! Though, to be honest, I only know about it because of Terry.

I want to say I played that one, but I didn't own a C64. I got to play on a few at school in after hours care, but it was spotty access at best. And the C64 was a bit before my time anyway. My neighbor had an NES when I was 5,and it was years before I found out that video games existed before that.

It was called Project Space Station. I looked it up and apparently it was also available on DOS. I must've played it on my c64 though (I didn't have a DOS system until late high school)

Yeah, PSS was out on the C64 too. I never played it, though... (I might have had it briefly, but it would have been a pirated copy without instructions.)

Okay this one was a fairly popular game.

It had a branching storyline. If you failed a mission, you still kept playing. Fail too many though, and the chances of seeing the best ending drop pretty quick!
