Did anyone happen to copy down (or remember) the recipe for the sauce that was on the seitan?? I looooved that and really want to make it at home, but it's not in the book, and I'm sad! There's a recipe for dilly sour cream (which seems the most similar, as it's dilly and tangy, but definitely not the same, as there's yogurt and mayo in it), and a recipe for cashew yogurt sauce, but neither of them are the same. The one from last night, I believe, was mostly cashews, lemon juice, olive oil and garlic, right? Can anyone help?
Sorry, I thought I had it but now I remember that she didn't send this recipe beforehand like she did the others. She just sort of winged it on the spot!
