Food from my favourite Chinese take away. Mock duck and pancakes, black bean tofu and sweet and sour tofu.

Going out to dinner where I am going to have spinach salad and request sub portobello mushroom for gorganzola cheese, which they will probably charge me a million dollars for. I might also get fries so I don't feel sad and hungry. Also will have a glass of wine, unsure what color at this time.
Eating dinner out as a gf vegan can be a challenge. This place has a whole gf menu but it's mostly meat, fish, and gf bread products and pizza shells which contain egg :/

Leftover sweet potato burgers from the Lunchbox Bunch blog, that have been in my freezer for well over a month. Meh, they're okay.

I'm hosting some company and we're having smoked serrano tomato bisque, roasted hokkaido pumpkin swiss-style fondue, garlic tots, chipotle ranch, raw veggies and sugar cookies. Woo!

I've got friends coming round & I'm making...

Garlic, rosemary & sea salt focaccia (recipe from Mediterranean Vegan Kitchen)
Chickpea & rosemary soup
Eggplant parmigiana
Beetroot, orange & walnut salad (recipe from Big Vegan)
Warm lentil salad (1000 Vegan Recipes)
Black bean & chargrilled corn salad (bit of an odd one out because it's not Mediterranean but I just made some smoky pepper mayo & want to use it!)
Coffee cake with fresh cherries (the Vegan Brunch recipe which is the BEST coffee cake I've ever made)

Sweet potato gnocchi and broccoli in tarragon cream sauce (from the test kitchen, been meaning to make this one for ages!) and garlic bread. The plan was homemade cheesecake ice cream for dessert, but I helped myself to so much of it during the churning and chilling that I've probably already eaten more than one person should today.

Three bean chili from the Vegan Table and cornbread. Oh, and if I don't fall asleep first since we just finished dinner and it's past 10, I'll be cutting into the pumpkin cherry bundt cake (Big Vegan) I made today! Must... stay... awake...

I'm going to my husband's work holiday party tonight. I'm certain that the only things there that I'll be able to eat are olives and booze.

I don't eat olives, but I think I would still be ok with that menu

Not the sweet hereafter one though, right? Because that one kind of sucks. :(

I will be eating turnip cakes, hot and sour soup, and soya balls. Chinese take-out while I work an annoying event into the wee hours.

Dude, it got way better! They switched up the bread situation and while yeah, I'm no traditionalist and get it sans cilantro, the giant slices of jalapeno make me happy.

Soya ballz!

Blog sunflower mac with Lima beans.

Yesterday, I used the sunflower cheeze sauce on a baked potato and collards. I love this stuff.
