Blog sunflower mac with Lima beans.
Yesterday, I used the sunflower cheeze sauce on a baked potato and collards. I love this stuff.

Orange garlic chipotle soy curl tacos with fresh blue corn tortillas, cilantro cabbage slaw, fresh salsa Verde and salsa roja. Blue corn tortilla chips and guac on the side.

Besides wine, I ended up having an Amy's GF/Vegan macaroni and "cheese" sauce frozen dinner. I had picked them up super cheap on super clearance sale so I wasn't thinking too much about having to review them. I ended up slowly eating every single piece of pasta separately and scraping the last of the "cheese" sauce from the package. How are these so good??? Must be magic. I totally see why they are usually so pricey

Burritos stuffed with homemade refried beans, sauteed onions, peppers, and seitan, rice and pea pod salad, and coleslaw (getting all the mileage I can outta those). I'm having quite the hard time getting sick of burritos and tacos.
