Sunday long run day: 14km. I was planning on a 1.5hr yin-yang yoga class tonight but family dinner trumps yoga.

My first work out in 2.5 years!
2.2 miles on the treadmill in 30 minutes at a variety of speeds and inclines. 15 minutes on the elliptical at Level 4 intensity (blush). (Machine said my max heartrate was 180 - can that be right?!)

3 mile run with a one mile max interval....that hurt

then for good measure a 19 mile ride with 2200 feet of climbing thrown in.

3.2 miles on the treadmile in 45 minutes, various gradients up to 5%.
Signed up today for first training session and for a yoga class on Sunday.
Feels good to be moving again!
