Is there a recipe somewhere for this or am I making it up? In my mind I've made it before, but maybe I'm confusing it with autumn mac daddy or pumpkin baked ziti.

The Blooming Platter has a pumpkin filling and marinara that I make into lasagna instead of stuffed shells. The little drizzle of sage butter (Earth Balance) is a nice topping.

there's a stellar one with sage and a creamy white sauce--in Veganomicon.

In "The Vegan Slow Cooker" there is a 'Pumpkin and White Bean Lasagna'... Its absolutely magical and easy to make. Plus it makes bunches for like no money (hubs is out of town so it lasted me 4 days, on a day or two it was both dinner and lunch)

i made a lasagna with the butternut squash alfredo from the ppk blog recently. it was great!!

I'm pretty sure there's also a recipe for a butternut squash lasagna in 500 Vegan Recipes.

Yup. There's a recipe which uses butternut hummus as a layer. AWESOME.

crepe! not yet. i've been away from my cookbook/recipe collection for two months. as soon as i return (which is soon), i will post. but the one i linked above looks very similar.

The only one I'm familiar with is in Yellow Rose Recipes, and it's really good!
