Is there a recipe somewhere for this or am I making it up? In my mind I've made it before, but maybe I'm confusing it with autumn mac daddy or pumpkin baked ziti.

Joanna has a wonderful butternut squash lasagna recipe in her Yellow Rose Cookbook Greatest Hits.

The Blooming Platter has a pumpkin filling and marinara that I make into lasagna instead of stuffed shells. The little drizzle of sage butter (Earth Balance) is a nice topping.

In "The Vegan Slow Cooker" there is a 'Pumpkin and White Bean Lasagna'... Its absolutely magical and easy to make. Plus it makes bunches for like no money (hubs is out of town so it lasted me 4 days, on a day or two it was both dinner and lunch)

I'm pretty sure there's also a recipe for a butternut squash lasagna in 500 Vegan Recipes.

Yup. There's a recipe which uses butternut hummus as a layer. AWESOME.

oh no! i'm the impaired one--memory-wise. evidently this is not from veganomicon. i can't remember where it's from, and i'm away from my cookbook collection. will report back. it was akin to this: http://theveganfoodie.wordpress.com/200 ... eam-sauce/

The only one I'm familiar with is in Yellow Rose Recipes, and it's really good!
