Went out for nice brunch with family/friends who were visiting from out of town, so I had a tofu/spinach scramble, served on top of lettuce/tomatoes, with salsa/guacamole/corn/black beans on top. . . so basically taco salad + tofu scramble. It was delicious. And a pot of peppermint tea (I had some coffee earlier).

I just cooked up ~4 cups (cooked) of Chinese greens, sat down, and scarfed the lot with some hot sauce and hummus. Hm, wonder if I might have been craving some vegetables?!

A gigantic pancake among other things. Nom, nom. I swear it was circular before I started eating it.

Veggie dogs on top of a heap of hummus covered in rooster sauce and wrapped up nicely in a tortilla. We're talking totally healthy stuff here.

A bowl of raisin bran with ginger granola on top. Boring!
Tomorrow will be a green smoothie.

Leftover sunflower mac with kale mixed in. Not sure why I waited so long to make this, it's delicious.

Pumpkin spice oatmeal and coffee with chocolate-peppermint soymilk. I never thought I'd say this, but it was a bit much on the cold-weather-flavors.

Bisquick pancakes and some apples cooked with cinnamon, sugar and raisins. I know perfectly well how to make "real" pancakes, but my dad used to make Bisquick pancakes on weekends when I was little and sometimes a little nostalgia is nice.
(Also we're out of flour. Time to go shopping!)

Had a half Thanksgiving Sandoo sandwich and a half lemongrass seitan sandwich from the Cinnamon Snail truck. So good. Tomorrow for breakfast i will have some sliced kiwi, banana, grapes and pomegranate seeds topped with yogurt and a wheat germ, hemp seed topping to balance this weekends Hanukkah eating.

A homemade pseudo-latte (coffee + soy milk, which I made frothy using my $2 IKEA milk frother thing), and TJ's strawberry soy yogurt. I'm not a big yogurt fan, but bought this on a whim, and it's pretty good. . . probably because it's really sweet.
