Things have not been as regular as I'd like for longer than I like.
Also, I was really looking forward to a soft/easy poo yesterday and... nope. nada. Thought for sure my workout would get things moving since it usually does!!

Lillian, try a glass of warm water with lemon first thing in the morning. That always helps me when things aren't moving like they should.

I'm slightly constipated, I think. This after all those great poops. Why.

I have pooped every day for like that last week. Its amazing! Usually I'm backed up a bit, every few days kinda sucky experience, but EVERY DAY! Sometimes twice!
Gosh I feel so skinny, because usually I'm digestivy bloated. Salads! Prune Juice! Cabbage with Jerusalem Artichokes! Its like my bowels decided to have a new years resolution to function well!

Bought A BRAND NEW CAR!- Do you eat gluten? Are you gluten sensitive?
Most vegan people I know who have issues with this are still on the gluten. Other causes can be medications/drugs/caffeine sensitivity/milk products/ too many processed foods. I am with you though. Some dude at Starbucks put not soy milk in my tea, several months ago...I had a head cold for two weeks and was backed up for one. Just askin.

I miss pooping already... even though I'm definitely getting fiber and stuff on my liquid diet, I've only had a couple sad poops since surgery.

I've stopped with the pain meds- I think I was taking liquid vicodin, but I've got no pain, just discomfort, so I stopped. Hoping to see improvement soon as it's been just a couple days since my last dose.

I've been pretty consistent recently about eating well/balanced and omggggg, I'm pooping soooo much. Three times yesterday! And not small! And again this morning. This is completely abnormal for me, but I'm loving it. No bloating going on, just happy stomach & intestines! (I haven't made a huge change in my diet, but I haven't been overeating on random days or anything like I have previously)

I am glad the holidays are finally over. I made tons of white-flour goodies, and my pooping schedule was way off.
Would there be any reason that vegan cheese would back you up? I can't see why, and should probably just blame all the holiday cupcakes and lessened physical activity for my intermittent constipation last month, but I still kind of wondered if my cheese consumption contributed at all.
Anyway, I've returned to a 3/4 on the Briggs thingy, 2 to 3 times a day. Life is back to normal.

Maybe, I would read the back of the package and see if it has casein in it. Did you know Trader Joe's soy alternative cheeses and yogurts have casein (milk protein) in them? What kinda shiitake is that? I was pretty upset to learn. Makes no sense. Milk products can back you up, especially if you've been off of it for awhile.

I find Daiya either makes me poop like mad or backs me up, depends on what it feels like doing.
