Chris is forking irritating, I hope they kill him off (but they won't because it's an American show).
Dana and Finn are so boring. For a moment I was hoping it's Finn's pacemaker actually.

That scene in the office was full on but at the same time all I could think was that I bet there are cameras in that office, no? Still, great ep. I was so worried for Carrie, especially when she went back.

So the CIA driver/gopher lady gave Brody a look when he said he had to resign. That was a little weird. And why does Brody have to constantly shout "NAZIR!!!" as loud as he can into the phone when he's talking to Nazir?

I liked seeing Brody let the VP die. At the moment it seems like he's going to get to have his cake and eat it too, but I know that's probably not the case. I didn't love the episode last night, but I was happy to see Galvez.

I can't. I am also kind of bummed that it might be Estes. He seemed like he was different from the VP, but guess not.

The only thing that makes even a little sense is some sort of conspiracy mole.

Maybe Brody's wife will turn into a lizard queen like she played in V. I can't stand her character in this show.

Estes doesn't seem like he would be a mole on the Islamic terrorist side, but I could totally see him as one for some US secret ops terrorist group, if that makes sense. I guess along the lines of dude in the bar (so bad with names) who missed the old rules; maybe Estes is someone like that.

So Quinn's job is to kill both Brody and Carrie when they are both no longer needed?

The previews of next week are killing me. So close to happiness, and yet so far.
My mother's power went out last night so she came over to spend the night. She's never seen Homeland so it took us two hours to watch, pausing every three minutes to explain who the characters were and all their backstory.

Last night was like a horror movie when they were in the tunnels. Yay for Carrie being right but it freaked me out, I woke up at 3am thinking about that scene.
I think Quinn seemed reluctant when Estes told him the plan was still on to kill Brodes and to do it soon. And he looked even more so when he watched them at Carrie's place. Maybe Saul can convince Quinn to dob in Estes instead?

So...Quinn is just planning on killing Brody, right? I could tolerate Brody if the family is out of the picture as they seem to be. I was finally pro Jessica when she told Brody to shut up...that if they were breaking up she didn't want to know anything more about him.
Also, Roya zing! I loved that bit where Carrie thinks Roya's breaking and she spits the Brody stuff back in Carrie's face.
So...is there a mole at all?

IsaChandra wrote: I thought the same thing! There must be some sort of twist, right? Bigger question...what took you so long to post in here?! There has to be. There's either a mole or Nazir had some other way of keeping tabs on the people after him. Did he have a team of spies? Maybe a more extensive network than he thought? I'm really bummed about the Saul thing. He was so upset about Aileen and then Estes used that to hang him in the report. I also cringed at the old boy network stuff going on. "He mentioned this, but I figured it best to leave it out of the report." *wink* Ugh.

Ha, Ariann! I'm happy about Estes because I doubt he would have left Brodes or Saul alone.
That was a really great season finale. I totally did not see the explosion coming at all. Quinn is my new fave, I was so happy that he told Estes no and that he cared about Carrie. This show has the ability to make me change my mind on characters completely, he turned out to be a good guy.
I guess running makes Brodes look even guiltier but they probs would have shot him on sight if he'd stayed. Also, wouldn't his car have been blown to teeny bits so how did they figure it out so quickly? I'm not going to question it too much, it's tv after all. I thought it was a good ep and a total surprise.
Carrie not going was sad but better in the long run. I hope she can convince Saul. Bring on season 3!

I'm not really sure what happened? What was Saul's look at the end? Do we really think Brody didn't do it? I'm confizzled. Where is Quinn???

I think they are leading us to believe that Quinn is the mole but that doesn't make sense. I am also wondering why they brought Saul's wife back in the final minutes of the episode after they dropped all that on us- that makes the suspicious person in me think that she is the mole but that really doesn't make any sense. I hate having to wait all year for a new episode!
