Chana Masala (more or less this recipe from Vegan Richa...The best I've ever made, with only one or two tiny adjustments http://www.veganricha.com/2011/10/chana ... vegan.html), and my own recipes for turmeric roasted cauliflower, savory cinnamon millet, and beet and radish greens braised in yogurt with cumin and ginger!

Thanks guys!!!

@betit19 Thank YOU for the recipe :) I'm still tweaking the greens recipe, but it was pretty straightforward-- all the greens from a big bunch of beets and all the greens from a giant daikon, steamed and chopped, then braised with a yogurt mixture made with wholesoy unsweetened plain yogurt, ginger, garlic, water and sea salt. Toasted cumin and mustard seeds (crushed) were added after the liquid had reduced by 1/2 and then cooked until there was very little liquid left. Salt. Lemon. Done :)
