It varies but mostly I like dancey stuff. I like 90s dance as it has the right beat and stuff like Britney's last album, Ke$ha and Gaga work too.
Also, 2 Unlimited's Never Surrender is always my last 4.5 mins of hell song! haha. I put it on when I am near the end of my run and it gets me to the end. It's horribly cheesy and I love it.

I've been mostly listening to the same album for working out since it came out almost 3 years ago. Alesana - The Emptiness. Somehow the tracks got all out of order on my ipod so its been screwing me up so I switched to Silverstein until I have the motivation to actually open itunes and resync everything. I need to switch up my running/workout music.

When I lift weights I just listen to sound of my own breathing.
But these are some of the songs on my running playlist at the moment:
Machinae Supremacy - Gimme more PJ Harvey - This is Love PJ Harvey - Dress Gwen Stefani - What You Waiting For? The Hives - Statecontrol Alina Devecerski - Flytta På Dig Icona Pop - I Love It The Mountain Goats - This Year My Chemical Romance - Teenagers Jet - Are You Gonna Be My Girl Fall Out Boy - Sugar, We're Goin' Down
It's funny how most of the songs I listen to while running, I wouldn't stand to listen to any other time.

Lately I've been on classic rock.
Led Zepplin - Kashmir The Who - Magic Bus Black Sabbath - War Pigs The Beatles - Come Together The Who - The Seeker Black Sabbath - Black Sabbath
Otherwise Fun. has been pumping me up, even though Some Nights is on every commercial now. And I was listening to Stronger by Kelly Clarkson for a hot minute.

Fast, fast, and interesting. I need the music to keep my attention so i don't get bored or remember that i am not enjoying myself. I like The Death Set, Does It Offend You Yeah, Wavves, or whatever else i am in the mood for.
