My best friend is having a birthday party tonight and called me yesterday to ask me to make one of the cakes! She requested chocolate and gluten free (but I couldn't get the GF ingredients in time). I used this recipe from Hannah Kaminsky . This is my first real attempt at a fancy layer cake!
