Does anyone have a pipeline to the V-dog people? My friend ordered some dog food in November but when the box arrived it only contained 1 bag of dog food and the breathbones. She emailed them a couple of times, no reply, and the phone number on their website isn't accessible from Canada. Does anyone know the owners, or have an alternate phone number for them? Her order confirmation says "All of the items from order 6750 have now been shipped:1x V-dog Breathbones™ - Medium Breathbones™ - Case (12)
2x v-dog Kibble - 30lb. Bag" so it wasn't a mistake on her side.
Has anyone else had this problem?

I've ordered stuff from them several times with no problems (in fact, just got a shipment of breathbones this morning). It's weird that they never emailed your friend back. Maybe try to contact through their fb page? http://www.facebook.com/Vdogfood?ref=ts&fref=ts

They've always been prompt and helpful to me! They are a small operation (once I got the owner hahaha), so maybe keep following up in case there has been a family emergency of something?

What has your friend done so far? It would be helpful to know details.

i don't know if your friend has tried calling the number using skype? I usually do that to reach any numbers that are "out of range" outside the US.

i had my dog food stolen offf my porch once , and they replaced it for me. i emailed them & it took about a week to hear back.

She emailed them through their email link and then when she didn't hear back she tried contracting them through the blog. She got an automated response that her comments had to be approved by a moderator, then nothing. She's been trying to contact them for a while now, it's been well over a week.

Thanks to everyone for their suggestions, I will pass them on to her. I don't know if she has access to Skype, but she can certainly try FB.

If anyone does come across a regular phone number for them (i.e. not the 1-888 number on their website) please let me know!

So, my friend tried FB on Friday but hasn't heard from them yet.

Success! V-dog finally emailed my friend back and arranged to ship the missing dog food to her this week.
