Hmmm...I actually like the texture of the corn husk seitan a bit more than the foil wrapped. It's like it's been allowed to breathe and is a bit firmer where the foil packets have a layer of wateriness around them when you open the packet and the foil wrapped seitan is slightly softer. The corn husk one cooled down faster than the foil-wrapped ones did, too.

I had no idea Morgan Freeman was so funky.

Hello mah vegans! I'm back from Asia! London is cold as shiitake yo! What have I missed on the PPK??

I'm flattered the the desire to visit Ireland is a need! Whereabouts would you like to go?

To me the thickest, least understandable Irish accents are Cork accents and some Northern accents. I've never really heard a Connacht accent so thick that it's completely unintelligible. But then Americans sometimes have trouble understanding me, more because of dialectal differences than accent though. Cultural differences are fun :D

I've been wanting to go to Ireland for years, just never made it. Looked into driving tours and what not. I like the idea of the tours where you rent a car and then drive on your own from city to city. I'd like to stay in some castles but I'm also scared of the ghosts.

I have to go into work in the cold, rain, and pitch dark this morning on a Sunday at 7am to do some paperwork so we actually get paid this pay period (the owner is notorious for messing that up), and then I have to drive into town to take an eight hour course, then back to work. It could be worse and it's actually less hours than I often work, but it's such shiitake weather and aren't Sundays days where I should be posting FB status updates like "Mmmmmm. I slept in and then made waffles", not sludging around a farmhouse freezing my asparagus off?

Is it like a no-no to tell people they're being creepy? It's kind of awkward knowing who everyone is talking about, but no one's name dropping.
