Made these in honor of Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.  . by samvarlet, on Flickr They're a butterscotch-y cookie with oats & cornflakes, a vanilla buttercream (courtesy of VCTOTW) and Marcona almonds from TJ's. I should come up with some Yukon Cornelius cookies next!

Tofulish - sorry I didn't see your message earlier. I veganized a recipe for "frostbite" cookies from Southern Living by using Ener-G. I'd paste a link here, but I'm typing this on my phone and don't know how.
