Thanks, everyone! It's the first day since she came down with kennel cough that she has been a bit perky and wanting to play, so she completely exhausted herself. I just had to put her to bed because she literally could not keep her eyes open and I thought she was going to fall asleep standing up!

We haven't been able to work with her lately because of all the stuff going on (I was sick, and then my mom was in the hospital, and then my grandfather was in the hospital) and now she has kennel cough. Kennel cough is so super contagious that you are not supposed to bring your dog anywhere where other dogs may be for several weeks. So we can't take her to the park to work with her, or to obedience class. (We only got to go to the first class and had to skip the rest. They said they would refund the money, or we could sign up for another class when we are ready.) So I think she has probably gotten worse in the past few weeks, because we have not been able to get her out and work with her.

Tegan it is!"

Well...Walrus and I live in the same town and we are talking about the same mutual friend and therefore the same wonderful dog! :)
I bet Dr Who is inspiration for much naming, human and non-human. Maybe even extra-terrestrial.

I've heard it from some real life people too. I mean, not that you're not real people. I'm sure you are all real. Probably.
Apparently one of the top smooth collies in the country (show dogs) is named Tegan as well.
