C25K week 2 sesh 2 plus an extra 30 mins on the weird ski machine thingy.

6 mile bike ride, 15 minutes on the rotating stairs of hell and 40 minutes of weights. Three mile run tomorrow and then a well earned day of rest.

Today, half hour bike ride and half hour walk with my dog. 12/22 -- lower body level 2 butt bible (a few hundred squats = sore for a couple of days).
