Today was red lentil Thai chili from the PPK blog, tomorrow will be AFR Arabian lentil & rice soup. I'm liking eating more savoury things for breakfast lately, plus I find a bowl of chili or soup keeps me full much longer than a bowl of oats with PB!

Whole wheat toast with almond butter and strawberry jam, and of course coffee. I'll probably have some fruit in a little while.

Soaked oats, with leftover apple crisp on top. I just finished my lunch and now I'm dreaming of breakfast all over again.

Oh my god - 4 course breakfast today. Microwave popcorn followed by spinach chana on lettuce greans then chocolate pudding then I was still hungry so I made cabbage stir fry. I, for one, welcome my new menstrual overlord.
