YOUR CAKE ROCKS THE HOUSE!
I never liked fruitcake, but I made it for myself yesterday and it is awesome.
I soaked the nuts in grape juice, which I don't think i would do again, but i was out of OJ and rum.
And I replaced spelt- someone else mentioned that they weren't big spelt fans, and i don't have access to it here-- 100% ww was just fine, actually.
