From the bottom up:

- refried beans with exra chilies added
- home made sour cream
- guac
- black olives
- pico de gallo
- Daiya chedder

Repeat as desired! It did not last long...

Just because it was so popular then (shouldn't give my age away). My sour cream is Silken tofu, lime juice, white wine, salt, garlic powder and white pepper.

Do you think it'd be cool to swap the sour cream for cream cheese? My father makes a very similar dish and I'd like to veganize his! Looks delicious.
