I just finished my first semester of law school. This is maybe a sixth of what I baked. All were taken frenetically with instagram, do forgive me for the lack of style and the blur filters. I've been into the seasonal flavors, clearly.  Pumpkin cheesecake gingerbread crumb bars.  Personal gluten free brownie packed for delivery, but totally breaking in half. That's homemade chocolate syrup on top.  Whole wheat pain d'epice spiced buns with layers of biscoff and a simple maple glaze baked on.  A messier bun tray.  Port-anise cranberry compote from thanksgiving ended up inside chestnut flour and brown sugar coffee cake. There's some maple candied walnuts and homemade crystallized ginger up in that streusel.  The rest of the compote replaced applesauce in some breakfast cookies.  Maple blondies with coconut pecan praline on top as well as inside. Ugly photograph, but luscious.  The surface of s'mores bars made from homemade golden graham-esque cereal, graham crumbs, homemade marshmallow goo but also dandies, tons of chocolate.  Last-minute, faux-laminated-dough cinnamon buns for a study group breakfast.
