I usually just wear A mineral foundation and mascara. I would love to start wearing eye shadow again. But, I am not sure what is Vegan. What are your favorites? I was hoping for a palette so I didn't have to keep track of extra containers.

What kind of colors do you like? I really like the Too Faced matte eyeshadow palette. The colors are kind of classic and neutral, and the formula blends really nicely.

Elf usually has like $5 and $10 palettes with tons of colors. The formulas are pretty hit or miss, though. I had one of neutrals that was great - wore well and blended really nicely - and another more colorful one that kind of sucked. But they're so cheap that I don't mind taking the gamble. Your Target might have them (I'm in WA too and the ones near me carry them).
