^what yoga do you do? is it acceptable to do it at home having never been to a class? or would I mess up some fundamentals?
30mins on the rollers today and I'm completely spent

It's a moksha-to-go CD. I'm only using it while I'm away from Vancouver-home and can't go to a moksha studio (which I do pretty regularly). Not nearly as good as a class in the hot room, but better than nothing! Are you interested? The CD says that you should try a couple of classes or at least read about the poses first... try moksha! Joshua doing something besides cycling? I don't believe it...

ahah yeah I'd branch out from bikes to yoga for a while I reckon. my posture is terrible (duh) and my flexibility is worthless since I stopped playing hockey, so yoga seems like a good starting point for now
if anyone in PDX reads this - any advice for a decent yoga place? I'm around Sandy & 20th, but happy to travel for it

About a half hour each of elliptical and weights, and then not enough stretching.

I'm about to head out for a 6 mile run. Thanks Rohai. Hope your six miler went well. I've resigned myself to at least another 2 or 3 days with no running. I had to lie down for half an hour before I could ride my horse today & then I could only manage half an hour. Just enough to let him stretch his legs.

30mins on the rollers today and I'm completely spent I did yoga videos at home for years before I went to a yoga class. I think as long as you get a good one you'll be fine.

I didn't make it out for a run before the snow started, so I did 30 minutes of yoga. I always have to talk myself into indoor workouts when I'm feeling shitty but they always make me feel a hundred times better.

30 minutes of pilates. I have one of those 10 minute solutions videos that focuses on different parts of the body in each segment. Today I did arms, abs, and the total body blast.
After doing pilates and yoga about 4 times a week for the past 2 months, I've seen a pretty major change in my level of tone. I'm not doing any cardio right now, but this level is working for me at the moment. My friend told me the other day that my arms are starting to look like Jennifer Aniston's, haha...so something is working!

I have a 20 mile double run today. 14 in the morning (as soon as I haul my butt out of bed and plan a route) followed by a minimum of 3 hours recovery, and 6 miles in the afternoon.

I just tallied it up:
I went to the gym 135 times in 2012.
I still hate it.
