I only call it Kamikaze Curry because I didn't have much of an idea of what I was doing. (Read: winging it)

I think it turned out pretty alright though!

I sauteed some onion/garlic, added a zucchini, tomato, spinach, and some soy crumbles. Then I added a can of coconut milk and a bunch of curry powder, cumin, turmeric, paprika, garam masala, ginger powder and whatnot then let it simmer for a while. I almost feel bad for having eaten all of it by the end of the night. Ha.
