This week my workout every day will be carrying heavy things up multiple flights of stairs over and over again. I feel bad for missing my regular workouts, but after doing that crepe all day, I feel too tired to do much else besides go to bed. Also, time! Where does one find the time to exercise when one is moving and working?

Glute bridges, kettlebell cleans and swings.
Density training - ten minutes of 20kg squats, tricep dips and crunches then 10 minutes of 20kg reverse lunges, 12kg high pulls and plank.

I hate cardio so much, but I pushed myself to do some today. Did 20 minutes on the elliptical, 1000 m row, then 8 lengths in the pool. It was my first time trying swimming at the gym and I think I'll be doing this more often!

I'm using Fitocracy to log my workouts. Really liking the nerdy "leveling up" and points aspect of the app. Here's what I did this morning. Just some arm/shoulder work. I tried to do a barbell benchpress with just the bar and couldn't even manage one of them. I need to work up to that!

Stiff-Legged Barbell Deadlift:
30 kg x 10 reps (+63 pts)
30 kg x 10 reps (+63 pts)

EZ-Bar Curl:
10 kg x 10 reps (+17 pts)
10 kg x 10 reps (+17 pts)

Standing Dumbbell Shoulder Press:
10 kg x 10 reps (+75 pts)
10 kg x 10 reps (+75 pts)

Tricep Dumbbell Kickback:
2 kg x 10 reps (+26 pts)
2 kg x 10 reps (+26 pts)

Sixty clean and press with 14kg, forty with 12kg.
Sixty snatches with 12kg, forty with 10kg.
150 two-handed kettlebell swings with 16kg.

After this I have forearms like Popeye.
