I'll be celebrating my first year of going vegan on February, so proud since I went straight from Omni to vegan, no vegetarian in between. Up to this day I was running away from making seitan, but why??? I made this one "chicken" flavored and it was amazing. I'm very excited as the  The plate was white rice, "spiders" which is shredded fried plantain, and the seitan.

That looks yummy! It took me a while to getting around to making seitan too, but once I did, I wondered why I had waited so long! It's awesome!

Nice job! Looks like your first attempt at seitan turned out much better than mine. I got spongy brains, told myself "If this is what seitan is, I don't like it!" . Love it now.
