Translation: Now I'm doing that oh god, he'll associate me with this awful thing and not forgive me and I'm pretty darn ready to cry and ugh. (He has already said he doesn't blame me, that he understands, that's it only the person who stole it's fault and shiitake, but STILL)

lillianp that is the worst! It's always so ...embarassing? when something like that happens in your neighborhood, even though it isn't your fault. I'm sure your crush understands that!

Mine just left. He came over, ate a bunch of food that I had cooked earlier, we sat and talked for 2 hours, and then...he left. No smooches, just some weird, awkward hug as he was leaving. But then he asked to hang out with me on Sunday. Living in the land of mixed signals.

To be fair, he had just played a game of soccer and kept saying how bad he smelled (I didn't think he smelled at all, but whatever, I get it). Also! He got along really well with my cats. Like, strangely well. My cats have actually never responded to a stranger like they responded to this guy. I want to say it's because he is so awesome, but I really think this cat diffuser thing my mom got me has them totally stoned out of their minds.

Sorry guys I was drunk on the bus with my phone!

It went weirdly completely because of me being a weirdo, nothing about her. I had so much fun with her--we went to a vegan bakery and had some treats and tea and then went to a bar. We meet up at 7 and hung out until a little past midnight even though she had to work early in the morning and I'm pretty sure had intended to be in bed by 11. We were in her neighborhood, so she walked me to the bus and waited with me and we were both freezing and had our hands in our pockets and were shivering and I was like, shiitake, this is when I have to do something! But then I was like maybe when I can see the bus from a few blocks away I will and then if things go weird I have to leave right then! But I didn't see the bus from blocks away, I was busy looking at her cute face and then the bus was just there so I very quickly said "Ummmm so you know I have a huge crush on you, that's apparent right?" and she said "I don't really know how to answer that" and I got on the bus. And then she texted me about the art we did on the chalkboard in the bathroom on the bar and how she's sorry she never fought this lady at the bar we had decided we hated. Because she's the cutest. Soooooo...yeah I don't know.
