Buffalo cauliflower that I saw on Pinterest. Quite tasty, actually. And the Man is also enjoying it. Hurrah! (It is good football food)

Grilled cheeses and tomato soup. The bf's first experience with vegan grilled cheese, and he seemed to enjoy it! He cleaned his plate and even said that he would've eaten more. So, yay! Even though I burned the sammiches a little.

Yay for teamwork!
My sweetie made spicy baked beans and beer bread. They went soooo good together and were the perfect comfort meal at the end of a long day.

I had the best Ethiopian food in Oakland and more delicious Ethiopian restaurant food last night here, so I think I'll dust off Papa Tofu Loves Ethiopian and make some greens and the red spicy lentils.

For football watching gathering, from Fresh From The Vegan Slow Cooker: cheesy tomato queso dip & mole chili. I have no idea what the real names are but they were both well received and polished off by our guests :)
