Onion marmalade! Do you have a good recipe for it? I'd love to know where to find a good one. My fridge: Old kimchi and other assorted leftovers that need to be cleaned out. Went away for the weekend, and now I've got to start fresh. Hoping to fill the fridge with healthy snacks and prepped items for making delicious bowls all week.

I actually just froze some of the leftover lasagna that had been in there for a few days, so I now have only regular hummus, sundried tomatoes hummus, cashew ricotta, pomegranate molasses (which needs to be thrown out as it's quite old), and sourdough starter. All the rest is in the freezer, which is too full and needs to be eaten out of (but I'm getting Vegan Eats World tomorrow so I foresee more fresh cooking).

Jerk strips from VEW. Tahini hot sauce thingumy from Isa's Hoppin John blog post. Seitan gyros from VEW. Yoghurt-dill sauce to go with the gyros in roll-ups. Tofu salad sammich stuff from... Vegan Diner? I think? Marinated tofu from VEW for Massaman curry makings again soon. Pickled red onion from VEW. Pickled daikon/carrot from VEW. Probably something else from VEW because, well, like Depeche Mode once sang... I just can't get enough.

One last serving of Baked Ziti from Vegan on the Cheap that I made on Sunday.
A two-serving container of AFR Lentil-Eggplant Chili Mole that I froze in September when eggplant was still in season...thawed out for an easy dinner tonight. (And looking forward to because I'm kind of getting tired of winter veggies.)

-Spinach Potato Curry (AFR) -brown rice -Sunshine Fries (LTEV) -Snobby Joes (VCON) -giant pot of veggie/lentil/pasta soup -Berry Jam Muffins (150 Vegan Muffins) -grapefruit rosemary mustard salad dressing
The curry is the oldest, so I need to eat it first, but I just want to eat all the Snobby Joe mix because it is so so good!
